Visually stunning but average.

Alice Through the Looking Glass is visually impressive and worth watching just because of that. Also kudos to cinematography, costume, makeup and sound. And performance from Sacha Baron Cohen as Time was terrific (Johnny, Mia and others were also good) BUT... film really should include more of the beloved characters from the first movie. Even bigger issue is that the movie is emotionally empty. You can't love it or hate it. I now it's also for kids but that way it's also too mellow on many occasions. And it lacks fun and enchanting scenes. Still solid enjoyable fantasy entertainment! 3/5
