Crossing Lines Tv series

Donald Sutherland is celebrating his 78th Birthday today, so on that occasion I will introduce his newest tv series Crossing Lines.

It first premiered a month ago in Italy and a week later in the United States (on NBC).

So what is it about?
A former NYPD officer Carl Hickman (William Fichtner) was injured on the job and has become addicted to morphine. He worked as a garbage collector at a carnival in Hague, Netherlands, when he was told that his skills are once again neded to stop a serial killer. He agrees to join the ICC crime unit, a fictionalized version of the International Criminal Court's (ICC) special crime unit (itself non-existant in reality) which investigates serialised crimes that cross the borders of Europe.

The unit includes an anti-mafia covert specialist from Italy, a tech specialist from Germany, a crime analyst from France and a weapons specialist and tactical expert from Northern Ireland. Trailer below.
