REVIEW
You know I love magic (click) so there is no surprise I also love films about magic and magicians: the ones which are total fantasy like Hugo and also the ones with a size of possibility like The Prestige. Needless to say, liking one topic doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be a good movie...

Now You See Me starts right away with a good pace, plot is intriguing, you're all in and thinking about possibilities... but at the film's conclusion you can't help feeling deprived. For me it was very disappointing. This is it? Seriously? So predictable and cliché. And characters! Hellooo? There is zero character development in the whole movie! I couldn't believe it. Yes, the film with great star-studded cast is entertaining, visually appealing and engaging (first third is almost very good) but it lacks of much else and fall flat at the end. To be frankly honest, I was quite upset when complete watching. Why did they waste such an interesting concept and forgot about characters and finished with the lamest of possibilities. This movie could be great but instead of that it's just solid forgettable flick. 3+/5

P.S. Good news for those who love the movie. After the box office success sequel has been officially confirmed last month.
