2014 Venice Film Festival fashion recap

A bit late but as promised here is photocall & red carpet recap at 2014 Venice Film Festival.

The 71st annual Venice Film Festival took place in Venice, Italy between 27 August to 6 September. The Swedish film A Pigeon Sat on a Branch Reflecting on Existence won the Golden Lion award. If you want to know more about the festival check it out here.

Emma Stone first at the photocall for her latest movie Birdman. She opted for a laidback chic black and white look from Proenza Schouler. She styled the look with white Christian Louboutin pumps accented with rhinestones.

The premiere. The actress glided down the red carpet wearing a Valentino Couture green tulle gown with Jimmy Choo sandals, gold clutch and rings by Graziela Gems and EF Collection. I also noticed her new shorter hairstyle.

Also Emma in Venice wearing a Sandro top and pants with Melinda Maria earrings.

Alessandra Ambrosio was also in Venice. We've seen her in colorful indigo colored dress and at the La Rancon De La Gloire premiere, wearing a cherry-hued Alberta Ferretti high-low gown with Chopard collar necklace and Salvatore Ferragamo black pumps.

Sarah Gadon also swept along the red carpet. She wore Armani Privé nude gown with shimmering gold stripes.

Alexandra Daddario at photocall for her movie Burying The Ex in orange mini and leopard print flats. At the premiere she wore purple Reem Acra gown with the embroidered lace on sheer tulle. She enhanced the look further with amethyst stone earrings and a rich red lip.

Her co-star Ashley Greene attended a photocall wearing an Alexander McQueen look.

Following the photocall, Ashley returned to the red carpet in a dramatic Antonio Berardi black gown. What a great look!

Birdman star Amy Ryan at photocall in simple white frock and at the premiere in strapless dark blue gown.

Ahna O’Reilly at the photocall for her latest film The Sound and The Fury. She wore black off-the-shoulder Preen dress with floral embroidery and styled with The Bionda Castana sandals. At the pemiere in a dramatic Monique Lhuillier gown with decorative, lace-embroidered sheer overlay through which peeked fairytale-like tulle layers. She was definitely lady in red with her red hair and red lip providing even more impact.

Annalisa Flori attended the Opening Ceremony in not well chosen black and silver look.

Milla Jovovich shows off her small baby bump while attending the photocall and the premiere of her latest film Cymbeline. First look was a classy tailored two-tone, maroon and black coloured ensemble with a pair of monochrome retro styled heels. Later in a white Saint Laurent frock with Jaeger LeCoultre jewels. Minimalistic and beautiful.

Zoe Kravitz attended the Good Kill photocall and premiere. At photocall in an asymmetrical Balenciaga black ensemble, consisting of a cape-like, cascade-effect top and hot pant shorts. At the premiere in a fiery red Armani Privé Couture structured peplum, embellished lace design.

Another Birdman star Andrea Riseborough opted for all black look both times, for the photocall and the premiere.

Another Alberta Ferretti dress. Jhumpa Lahiri opted for dark green strepless number with necklaces and Salvatore Ferragamo shoes.
