Matt celebrated his 37th Birthday yesterday while Hugh is turning 46 today. In last year's post I wrote more about them (click for Matt and click for Hugh) so in order to not repeat myself here is only the latest news about them.
MATT
This year we've seen him in Winter's Tale, Space Station 76 and of course The Normal Heart for which he won the Critics Choice Television Awards and has been nominated for an Emmy. He is currently filming Magic Mike XXL and lending his voice for animation B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations. Next year he will appear in a biography Monty Clift and the year after in a mystery thriller The Nice Guys.
Of course White Collar finale season will air on November 6th.
Personal
Married to publicist Simon Halls since 2011. They have three sons.
HUGH
Aussie actor blew us away as Wolverine in X-Men: Days of Future Past this year and he remains busy. Next year he will be starring in action thriller Chappie, musical Broadway 4D and in adventure comedy Pan as Blackbeard. Then back to the new X-Men subtitled Apocalypse and drama musical The Greatest Showman on Earth.
He also hosted Tony Awards this year and is set to return to Broadway in a new play, The River, which is scheduled to run at the Circle in the Square Theatre from October 2014 to January 2015.
Personal
In November 2013 he announced he had a basal-cell carcinoma removed from his nose. Hugh had a second carcinoma removed from his nose in May 2014, telling Associated Press that he expects to have future recurrences. This resulted in Jackman attending the various worldwide premieres of X-Men: Days of Future Past with a bandage on his nose, and urging his followers to wear sunscreen.
He is married to Deborra-Lee Furness and they have two kids, Oscar and Ava.
