Third time's a charm? Not in this case!

PLOT
They are back again! This time the story follows the mercenary group known as 'The Expendables' as they come into conflict with ruthless arms dealer Conrad Stonebanks (Mel Gibson), the Expendables' co-founder, who is determined to destroy the team. The team is getting old and tired so The Expendables led Barney Ross (Sylvester Stallone) decides to recruit new members.

REVIEW
The third film in The Expendables film series is a big disappointment. After two all stars funny action pack films this one takes itself way too seriously and fails to impress. The biggest problem is that the film is not that funny or packed with cool action scenes, plus the new team is not introduced well enough to care about them. The movie begins decent and finishes on good note but for the most time in between it's sadness. On the positive side. We love to see the old 'gang' work together and have some fun! Furthermore newbies Wesley Snipes, Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford and Antonio Banderas did an awesome job with their characters. My advice if you haven't seen the film yet. Just don't expect too much and take it for what it is. 3-/5

  1. Liked I and 2 and 3 is no different. It has action and humor and it doesn't have to be believable.
