CMT Music Awards 2014 red carpet

Friday and new red carpet from this week (and not last)! On Wednesday evening (June 4) 2014 CMT music awards were held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. For winners clik here.

I was of course interested in the red carpet but there was not many good things to see. Judge for yourself...

Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert posed together. I was very happy that Carrie didn't wore princess or sequin dresses! She opted for a peachy fiery print Roberto Cavalli number with a side slit. Thumbs up! Meanwhile Miranda in a Celia Kritharioti ivory cap-sleeved embellished mini dress accented with a silver-metal waistband.

Jana Kramer wore pink Michael Costello mermaid gown featuring a sexy plunging sheer panel neckline and partial open back. This year's host Kristen Bell in a Zuhair Murad sleeveless deep-blue and black beaded V-neck gown.

Beth Behrs in Erin Fetherston embroidered gown. Her face looks so happy and fresh but unfortunately this dress kills it. I would love to see something with more color! Cassadee Pope in a custom Theia ensemble consisting of a fringed crop woven neon ribbon tweed top, paired with a vibrant coral ball skirt. One of my favorites for sure. Shawna Thompson in black fit sleeveless dress.

Elizabeth Cook in ethnic print maxi dress and Jennifer Nettles stylish in a Halston Heritage black sequin-embellished top with white wide-leg trousers. Karen Fairchild quite boring in one shoulder dress with gold coin necklace that I would remove immediately. Sarah Davidson in a gold pant jumpsuit. Like.

LeAnn Rimes in a Rani Zakhem white silk gown. The dress is nice, it fits but her face looks so artifical that it's distracting! Kellie Pickler in a Lorena Sarbu magenta gown with a plunging neckline, criss-cross bodice and cut-out at the waist.

Kacey Musgraves in a Miu Miu black bustier gown enriched with a stone and Swarovski crystal embroidered bustline, Samantha Stephens in red number, while Kimberly Van Der Beek and Maggie Rose opted for black dresses. No go. Double layered skirt fails to impress as well as side slit and half metallic bustier.

Kimberly Perry looked simple but sweet in white ivy frock, while Kimberly Schlapman chose an unflattering print. Nicole Kidman in Giambattista Valli Couture black and white silk mini dress enriched with blue embroidery and Gwen Sebastian in slevless bad combination.

Allison Demarcus in red frock with colorful hells, Brooklyn Decker in a white Jill Stuart dress styled with black pumps and drop earrings and Hillary Scott in a sprightly L’Wren Scott striped and red floral-print dress.

Back to outfits that fail to impress. Lindsey Stirling in black lace with a skirt, Danielle Bradbery in croped top and grey skirt, Sara Evans in loose black outfit and Krystal Keith in floral long sleeve frock.

Mary Sarah in a flirty fit and flare style, Meghan Linsey was far from looking fine in fringe mini, RaeLynn was a mint green netted fail and another unsuccessful looky by Natalie Stovall.

Jennifer Wayne with Caroline Cutbirth. Both in black, nothing really worth talking about it looks. Jessie James in a simple, long-sleeve dress that had light draping on one side. Boring. Kate Walsh was one of the worst in a strepless Naeem Khan gown with Giuseppe Zanotti shoes. And Nashville star Chaley Rose in a lace high-low skirt and croped sheer top. Too much trends, too little style.
