Weekly health tip: 5 meals a day

Another basic but very important tip: have five (smaller) meals a day! Are you one of those people who wait for a long time for your next meal but than eat so much than you can barely move? Huum, you might change that. 5 or even 6 smaller meals are way better choice for you than eating 3 big meals a day.


WHY?
Not only it can help you increase your metabolism but you'll create a steady stream of energy that can keep you going without that drag you feel in between meals. And because you won't feel that hunger all of a sudden, you'll feel much better. No more feeling cranky because you need to wait for your next meal. If you think about it... You can eat/nibble food almost all day but you’re not eating more food because portions are smaller. The other good news is that you won't feel like you're too tired to do anything.



HOW?
With a little extra planning and some self control I believe you can do it!

So eat more frequent meals (meal is not candy btw:)) and be good to your body!
