Surprisingly good!

PLOT
Based on a true story. Aging 1970s rocker Danny Collins (Al Pacino) cannot give up his hard-living ways but then his manager, Frank Grubman (Christopher Plummer), uncovers a 40-year-old undelivered letter to him from John Lennon. After reading the letter, Danny decides to change his way of life.

REVIEW
This is such a cool charming film. Al Pacino is just great and supporting cast did they job nice as well. It's a film about redemption but it's a heartfelt tale despite heavy moments. This movie is definitely one of the most underrated movies from last year. I love the story, the humor, the cast. It's not a cinematic perfection but it just works. Watch it! 4/5
