Weekly health tip: use your brain!

You re probably thinking what does she want to tell us with use your brain in realtion to healthy living? Well I want you to think about what you eat and start paying attention on product labels. I want you to read and educate yourself about healthy foods but still use your head and don't believe in everything you read or hear.

Diet Busters!
You think you're being healthy and eat good foods while in fact they are actually sabotaging you. For example cereals with milk or yogurt. Most of cereals are super high on sugars, processing of cow milk is questionable and even regular yogurt contains sugar! Don't be mislead with the signs like: healthy, non-sugar, vital, organic, sport etc. I'm not suggesting you should stop eating cerials. You can substitute them with basic plain cereals/mueslis with a piece of fruit and greek yogurt.


This is just one example. You should get accustomed to look up for nutrition facts, use your knowledge and head!
