PLOT
The film is about one week in the life of a struggling singer Llewyn Davis (Oscar Isaac) who was active in New York's folk music scene in 1961.

REVIEW
Critics rave about Coen brothers but it's silly to think everything they do is amazing. For me this movie lacks plot, originality (they could at least avoid cliches), connection and insight. Main character is not exactly the type of character you would be fond of so you don't really care what happens to him. The thing I liked are cinematography, solid music, good performances and some beautiful imagery. The film is an experience on its own but you get the feeling it didn't move anywhere so it's a bit waste of time. 3/5
