Yellow manicure

I'm not even sure how I would describe this yellow nail polsih from Joy? Golden yellow? Neon-ish yellow? Just yellow? It's bold and bright, that I know.

Joy, shade 237, two coats.

But to be honest... I want something even brighter like China Glaze below.
