Weekly health tip: Be Active!

Yes, it's so easy! My weekly health tip to you is to BE ACTIVE! Every day and everywhere!

A lot of people don't know how to begin with workouts. They think they need to go to the fitness gym or took some (not so fun) classes. You don't need to. A lot of the time it also happens that people start with sports they don't really like and quit after a short period of time. It' so important that YOU ENJOY in your exercise routines and mix them up! Try with different things and see what suits you best.




But don't limit yourself! The important thing is to BE ACTIVE! You don't need to go to gym, only do cardio workouts, push ups, crunches etc. if you don't want to do them! And you certainly don't need bunch of equipments! Just be active in you everyday life for starters. Use your surroundings and make the best of them. That means you can go for a long walk, take the stairs, take on a bike ride, jump rope, do some stretching, yoga, put your rollerblades on and invite your friend to go with you, make a playlist and dance... have fun being active! There are many options/activities indoors and outdoors you can do!



I think this is the ultimate tip. To ENJOY in things that you do! And to be or stay ACTIVE! Today, tomorrow and for the rest of your life!
