Weekly health tip: No excuses!

My next tip is to get rid of excuses!

I hate when people say like: ''Lucky you! You have time to exercise.'' 
I TAKE TIME, that's all! Set your priorities straight and don't ever let anybody stop you!

It happens to all of us but enough is enough! These two pictures below speak for themselves!

No more excuses! Just DO it!

  1. Joooj, taki izgovori pa tud mene tako pogrejejo! Vsak si lahko vzame čas, vsak lahko nekaj naredi zase - samo želet si je treba in si določit prioritete.
